Switching SIM card activation code

I switched my SIM card from my iPhone XR to my old iPhone 11 how do I activate the 11 with this SIM card?

That SIM card must have active cellular service associated with it. If your iPhone XR worked with this SIM (Cellular Data, phone calls etc) then the SIM card is active. Turn OFF the iPhone 11 and then install this working SIM card. Turn the iPhone 11 ON and it should work normally after a sign in to your iPhone 11 with your Apple ID.
