AppleSIM is a proprietary SIM card technology - that preceded the now ubiquitous eSIM technology now widely seen in both Apple and other manufacturers products.
To my knowledge, replacement AppleSIM cards are only available from Apple. If you don’t have access to an Apple Store in your country, you might reach out to Apple Support.
You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

Ok, that's exactly what it is about, it was a card before eSim. My friend has the same iPad, he already bought it from someone who had this card, and this service works in Poland, but the card is not sold, is this card still sold somewhere?
unfortunately in iPad Air 2 - separate Apple Sim cards were sold to install the Truphone and others virtual network, but I bought an iPad and the SIM card is not sold in my country dedicated to iPad from Apple, I would like to buy from someone or in another country with shipping but not I can find deals anywhere
As outlined, AppleSIM preceded eSIM as a remote SIM provisioning technology. Whilst you can add a cellular carrier plan with an appropriate physical carrier’s SIM, these do not provide the flexibility of remote service provisioning that you evidently seek.
Again, to my knowledge, Apple will not sell/supply products from one region/country to another. In absence of direct access to an Apple Store, you would be best advised to contact Apple Support.
In Poland you can subscribe a data traffic plan with Orange, Play, or T-Mobile, as per this list:--> Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Europe - Apple Support

Replacement AppleSIM cards can be purchased in physical Apple Stores.
in Poland, unfortunately, they are not available in the apple store and they were not sold. somewhere else will I buy?
yes, but when I have an Apple Sim, I will have access to Virtual networks offered by Apple Gigasky, Truphone, etc.
Yes, that’s an AppleSIM card - and no, they cannot be purchased outside of Apple.
To repeat my earlier advice, Apple Support may be able to help…
