I moved from USA to Europe and I cant change region because i have a 1 year subscription

I have just moved to Europe from the USA. To change my region to reflect where I am from I must cancel all my subscriptions. However I have one subscription which is for a year and doesn't roll over till jan 2023. Is there anyway around this?
