I can't get new emails

am not gettin my email.com and i delete alot to like a 1000 and now i cant get my new emails can u help me

Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?

Mail – Setup on a device -

Mail - If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *
