If I change my Apple ID (email) will I still have access to music, videos, etc I purchased under the old Apple ID?

Yes - make sure you change your Apple ID via the steps below and do not create a new Apple ID. Please follow the steps below, you will be able to change your Apple ID email and keep your purchases including music and video.
