my phone keeps telling me i need to restore it and after i restore it on my computer it keeps saying the same thing

phone is telling me to restore it after i already restored it

If you don't see a restore error, but still see the Restore screen, or you can't force a restart because one of your buttons is broken or stuck, contact Apple Support.
