Safari seems to block common website on macbook

I'm trying to access www.bestbuy.com to buy an ipad accessory. The best buy url has a green padlock symbol and will not load quickly if at all. It seems to be blocked. How can I access website like I used to just a few weeks ago? Even the Apple website has the green padlock
