No space left
I have a iPod 7, and to save space I’ve tried deleting everything I could and not so much attached to but nothing has worked. I really need that space and yea I have tried everything.

What is currently using the space on the iPod?
Connect the iPod to iTunes and check the Capacity Bar, which will appear at the bottom of the iTunes window when you look on any of the Device/Settings screens:
