iTunes and MacOS troubles

Problem: I need iTunes to recover my iPhone (its turning off every 3 mins), for that I need an older version of macOS (High Sierra and older) and I can't download any , why aren't iTunes on Monterey, what to do to recover my phone ? :(((((((((

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

See Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. In Catalina and later the tools for this are in Finder, you don't need to install iTunes or revert to an older OS.
