Trying to update my payment info for iCloud billing
I am trying to update my iCloud billing info since my old cc is no longer in use
it will not let me type in the new cc info but will let me type in expiration date and cvv code
help

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
