I got a bill in the mail from Apple Card, but I never opened an Apple Card

I recently got a bill in the mail from Apple Card stating I am past due on my account. of 436.82. I never opened an Apple Card in my name. I have an apple computer but not an apple phone. I called Goldman Sachs but they wanted my social and birthday. I did not want to give this info as I don't trust them. I did not apply for this card. They told me they would have a supervisor call me and I reluctantly gave my phone number which is not an iphone. How do I contact them to fix this issue?
