Can’t find Apple Cash in my phone it keeps says it’s turned off?

try to use Apple Pay and it’s says Apple Cash turned off go to look for it and it’s no where. I have cards on my phone but Apple Pay doesn’t work?

You need not use Apple Cash, just select a card to use in Apple Pay and set it as default.
