My switch control is greyed out and unable to be switched on.

Why is it like this? I have nothing turned on but the sound recognition. This is annoying my so much!

Hey Jaymo2310,

Sounds like Switch Control is greyed out for you. We'd be happy to help out. To start, do you happen to have AssistiveTouch enabled? We ask as you cannot have both enabled at the same time and could cause this behavior. To check, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.

Check for us and let us know if that resolves the issue.

Take care!
