Need help with iOd

I am starting a new iPad with my business we started getting through the iPad and after we used the cellular data to start the iPad. A little gray box showed up in the middle of the screen saying guided access app unavailable please contact your administrator. Will go then to black and have to hard reset to get the screen back but cannot access anything
