I have a lot of I cloud storage available but no space on my iPhone

How to free up storage space on my I phone . I have lots of room available on my I cloud . But none on my phone device . I’ve already un loaded most of my apps

Somtimes your iPhone takes up unessary amounts of space and you need to factory reset it.
