Trade in new Apple watch

Hello! I won a Generation 3 Apple Watch. I already have the Generation 3 and was hoping to upgrade to the newest Apple Watch. If I bring the watch I won to an Apple store would they use the Gen 3 as a credit and I could pay the difference for the newest Generation? The box is sealed and never opened. Thank you!
