How to reset questiopns if i forget answers ? How to unbind apple id from my email?

Somewhow my secret questions has been changed and now i cannot access appleId.

The problem is that i also can not delete or unbind it from my email to create new appleId.

Each time when i am trying to reset secert questions or just login it is asking me about my old secret questions.

I think this is very stuiped to ask client aoubout secret questions while he is trying to reset those secret questions.

And i don't need that appleId i just want to unbind it from my email.

So what is solution for this case?

Thank you for your answer

I spoke with support.

Looks like there is no any solution just use another email.

Security questions have more priority than binded email.

At the same time you cannot unbind email from appleID.

This is really stuiped.

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

From the article below.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

You are welcome.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
