My AirPods Pro case got stuck in the hard plastic case

My AirPods pro case got stuck in the hard plastic case. Its a very thick plastic and i have been struggling from a vert long time to get the case out of the cover.

AirPods Hello, I am about to have a mental breakdown at the moment. My AirPods case is stuck upside down in a hard plastic case. I have tried to push it out from the other side but it isn’t budging. I don’t know any other solutions that won’t break the case.
