If English is not your first language, I suggest you set your iPhone to a language you can understand better. The Insight is pretty clear to me. Not sure how to explain it any more simply. It means using your iPhone more would lead to less battery life. That's fairly straightforward. The more you use the iPhone the more you use the battery, which means the less the battery will last.
