i accidently erase all contain without back up how to recover?
Not on any iPhone with Secure Enclave after it has been erased. All that would be recoverable is encrypted gibberish files. And since it was erased, there is no way to decrypt any of it.
When you erase an Apple device with Secure Enclave, the decrypt keys are destroyed. So all your data, which is encrypted, cannot be recovered in any human readable form.
You cannot recover. Without a backup in iCloud or iTunes/Finder there is no data to use for a restoration of the device. Your data is gone.
