my phone battery was giving me issues then i tried a few things n now it says support. apple ect restore but i have no computer

Is not possible, you need a computer, see If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
