Hi,
Try to boot in Safe Mode then normal boot which could solve the issue.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, boot in Recovery Mode and run DiskUtility to run FirstAid on startup drive which could solve your issue.

What do you need from it? If you have a decent backup and can live with it, then perhaps reformat the boot drive with Internet Recovery and then restore from the backup using Setup Assistant. Or if it's a bootable clone, then just reformat and then just clone it back.
It gets more complicated if you need the data. It can be really difficult to try and recover data from a corrupted SSD volume.
