Can you use the watch for an emergency call to family only

You can make a call to family if you have them saved as a contact, but if you use the Emergency SOS, that will call Emergency Services first, and then will call anyone that you have designated as an Emergency Contact after the Emergency Services call has completed. It cannot be configured to call them first, or just call them without calling Emergency Services.
