I'm trying to sign up to iTunes connect, but when I get to the first page there is no login box.
I have tried on multiple different computers, and have had friends try as well, but we all get the same result - no login box.
It's frustrating that there are no options at all to alert Apple to this problem, surely at some point that will notice the complete drop off of sign ups? It's been nearly five days now!
Finally someone else with the exact same problem as me! It’s super annoying and I share your frustration!
I think I've found that the issue is an incorrect version of a JavaScript file used on the page (https://appleid.cdn-apple.com/appleauth/static/jsapi/authService.1.1.1.min.js) I think it should use https://appleid.cdn-apple.com/appleauth/static/jsapi/authService.latest.min.js (Or they need to upload version 1.1.1 to the cdn)
The downside is that someone at apple needs to fix this and iTunes Connect doesn’t seem to get that much attention 😔
I think they have fixed it, I was able to login now 😃
