Slow cellular data

How to fix slow cell data. My Iphone X cell data download speed is less than 1mbps. I have tried EVERYTHING including IOS updates, complete restart, etc,etc, and NO fix yet.

What did your carrier say when you asked them about it? What plan do you have with your carrier? Many carriers will slow the connection to 1MB/s if you exceed a monthly cap, even on supposedly “unlimited” plans.
