A. Report this to Apple and Others:
Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip
B. ***Modifying your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone likey has your credentials. So, by all means, consider modifying them, starting with a new password.

C. Verify Your Devices:
Verify that your the devices logged in to your account or officially yours, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

If you believe any of the message, you are being scammed. Delete the message immediately.
If you think about it, a hacker that is smart enough to hack your phone will never be dumb enough to tell you what he is doing.
