localhost web server not working on macOS 12 “Monterey

I have an issue reaching localhost in my MacBook, when I have big sur OS it was working fine. After updating to Monterey it's not working and I get an error "This site can’t be reached".

I tried to follow all solutions that I found on the internet. Ex:

https://iraspa.org/blog/setting-up-apache-user-sites-folders-on-macos/

but the issue is still not solved, please it's important to me to solve this issue.

by the way, also I used PHPMyAdmin like "http://localhost/phpMyAdmin" and it's working fine, now it's not working.

Did you try typing

sudo apachectl start

in Terminal?

Do that, type your password as requested (there is no feedback, nof even asterisks or bullet points while typing) and press enter.

Then try accessing localhost again.

How about

apachectl configtest

Any problems with the config files?

I'm pretty sure PHP is not included in Monterey. You would have to find a way to install it. I don't know where to look or that.

Really, you should find a better solution, but I don't know the answer to that, either.
