Unable to manage subscriptions in iPad2 with iOS 9—the popup window is blank. Help?
I purchased some magazines through Zinio on my iPad 2 and I'm unable to manage those subscriptions on it. To enter that area of my account on this device's software (iOS 9.45, I believe), touch-clicking the "Itunes & App Store," then my "Apple ID," then "View Apple ID," then scrolling down to "Subscription" and all that pops up is a blank window and it stays blank. I've shut down and restarted my iPad. I've signed out and back to my Apple ID on my desktop as well as the iPad, but no change. Help? Thanks.
