The apple clock has been deleted or removed from Home Screen. When I go to App Store I’m not able to download, the only option is open and it will open. However, it does not appear on any of the 3 pages I have or in any of the folders. Also, please note that it is not the widget clock that I’m referring to. I know how to add it. Please advise.

Please try the following:
Go the Home Screen on your phone
Swipe right to see a screen that you may not have seen before
Tap on the Search bar and type in "Clock"
When the Clock appears, hold on the icon until it wiggles and then drag it back to the Home Screen

It's in the App Library. You can find it there and add it back to the Home Screen.
