Having issues with billing problem
I’m having issues updating my card for Apple Music. I have tried using several Mastercard but keep getting the same billing problem.

To verify your payment information:
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one.

Unfortunately Apple Contact support is not available for my country region and the problem persist.
