Troubleshooting "No Service":
Have you just performed an update or just powered on your iPhone, and are now seeing this? If so, go here: If you see a Cellular, Ultra Wideband, or Apple Pay Issue Message After an iOS Update or Restart - Apple Support
This may apply to your iPhone 7 but I don't think they are repairing them for free anymore.
