Canceled an order OVER A WEEK AGO placed using Apple Card monthly installments and student discount because I decided to order an upgraded Pro. Now whenever I try to check out, it says

"Your order cannot be processed.

You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag. As a result, we are unable to process your order.

For more information, please refer to our Sales Policies. "

Nobody at Apple customer service can help me. They kept telling me to wait another day, and now it's been over a week. They keep bouncing me around between departments. I've spent over 5 hours total on the phone with them, and when they tell me a Manager will call me back, they never do. There is no Apple Store in Vermont to go to. Someone please help.

So after probably 10 total hours spent on the phone with Apple support over the course of a week, I FINALLY got a manager to call me. I've never had such a difficult time breaking past the front-line customer service, SO FRUSTERATING. Anyway, of course the manager was able to fix the problem within 24 hours. The manager was able to "reset my Education discount eligibility" and I just placed my order.

I would try signing out of your AppleID and signing back in again.

>System Preferences>AppleID>Overview>Sign out

when you sign back in verify your Payment and shipping info is current and up to date.

If your purchase was made at the Apple Online Store, please view the section titled “View or Print Invoice” here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple
