Why does it say my account is blocked on the iTunes store
When I went to renew my Apple Music subscription it said my iTunes account was banned

There is something wrong with your account which cannot be fixed at your end.
If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.
