Follow the steps here: link-> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
There should be a cancel button at the bottom of the page for the specific subscription.
If there is no cancel button, then the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
If the subscription does not appear by following the steps in the link above, then you either did not start the subscription through an Apple device, or you did not start the subscription on the Apple ID currently signed in. Check other devices or the subscription provider's website or any other Apple ID you may have for the subscription.
