I’m want to finance a new iphone but i can’t without a carrier or apple card, is there any option where i can without those two? I already have a carrier that i don’t want to replace, still, is there any way i can just finance it with credit card and without a carrier?

It depends on your country but generally you can purchase on finance from Apple.com without having to choose a carrier.
Have you tried buying from the store operated by your carrier?
Yes if you buy on credit card that is between you and the bank how quickly you pay it off, but the interest will be very high.
