Mark Lost iPhone with disabled Find my iPhone

Hi, I lost my iPhone 12 pro-Max on 30-Aug-2022 at Location Islamabad, Pakistan around 7:30 pm. I cannot track my phone because my device is not shown on the "Find my iPhone app." I want to lock my phone and mark it as lost.

Please guide me on how I can do this.

Alright, Thank you.

Is it possible to turn on Find my iPhone from iCloud on my lost mobile? Or any other way I can track my lost iPhone?

Nope, sorry. If Find My iPhone is not turned on already, there is no way to do things to it remotely, much less turn it on. Find My is what enabled the option to do things remotely like lock it.
