How can I download a previous version of iOS software?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

More information would likely help you get a better response..

You say 'could not install it', why couldn't you install it? What happens when you try?

If your details are correct and you are running iOS 13, then you are at least 2 years behind with your updates. You may need to update using a computer.

When I tried to install, it said "Unable to install update - An error occurred installing iOS 15.6.1 - Retry/ Remind me later".

And I also tried following the instructure above (by connecting to a PC), I saw the Update button for iPhone but they required a newer version of iTunes. But when I downloaded the latest version of iTunes, I could not install it. It said: " "iTunes" has an invalid signature. It will not be installed." Thank you so much.

you cannot. you can only download the latest iOS version that your device is compatible with. If your details are correct and you have an iPhone 7 Plus, then you can only download iOS 15.6.1
