I forgot my old Apple ID password connected to my iwatch so I started a new Apple ID with new password. I did not realize I had to have my old password to connect my new phone/Apple Id with my watch. I do not know my old password. What can I do now?

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
