I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 12 only. How do I download the latest iOS 15.6 without internet service or wi-fi?

Your iPhone 7 cannot use cellular data to update. You need an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 with 5G service to do so.

You can use a computer, however, if you have one. If not, take it in to any Apple Store, and they'll most likely help you.
