How exactly is it not working?

  • Is there not power to it?
  • Is the sound muted?
  • It is not charging?
  • Is the balance off?
  • Or something else?

Troubleshooting AirPods Charge:

A. A Few Links to Visit:

B. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it needs to resync with the charger

There is no power on that airpod...i didn't listen any type of sound on that.

and I don't think it is charging or not.

because when i just put left airpod in Case ...The case start flashing...and when remove it stills.

only right airpod working normally.

  • and I don't no what that mean "Is the balance off? "
  • after this i cleaned, repair, phone restart, Phone network setting reset. And Airpods did not reseting also just white light flashing when i press back button....it will complete to reset and turn into orange.
