What should I do? And how could I get it to stop

There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. This is what it says everytime I try to update a app I don’t know why I have made a purchase on a app before but it’s been a while since I have purchased anything and I don’t know how to get it to stop popping up

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Contact Apple for support and service

If this is not what you are seeing post back exact message.
