Problem with Messages

When I text a particular iPhone contact, my message is green and I receive this auto reply: “Sorry, this service is not available.”

Message not delivered I recently (last few days) changed providers for my mobile services. Since every time I try to send a message it says not delivered, however the person receiving the messages replies back to messages that have ‘not delivered’. It’s becoming frustrating because I don’t know whether or not my message has sent until I receive a reply.. PLEASE HELP also have tried apple support app but nothing has helped yet

If it is only with that one contact the problem is on their end.
