Recovering the deleted iCloud notes

Can I recover the notes which I have deleted permanently even in the recycle bin? Those are notes which I have stored in iCloud & even locked. Bcz of some reason, I deleted impetuously. But after that I found out I did big mistake 🥹 I really want those backs

Unless you have your own independent backup of those notes, the answer is no. They are gone for good now.

Yes…I don’t have any backup 🥹 Those are photos which I have saved in the notes by locking
