I forgot my Screen time passcode , i don't see "forgot password"!

If necessary,  you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

I am pretty sure that is exactly what is happening. You will need to use a computer to put your iPhone in recovery mode & erase the phone so you can set it up again.
