steps on health / fitness app

please advise on how I would go about getting a summary of my steps for a specific month , on the fitness or health app ?

Health app and Fitness app shows different steps? Why does health app and fitness app have different steps? Is it because sometimes I don't wear apple watch, so my health app shows more steps. But isn't there any way to sync and show the same steps count?

How to start the fitness app I can’t get me fitness app to record my steps. It shows 120 days of zero progress. I’ve had my calorie goal set at 250. I’ve even attempted to delete the app and download it again. Still nothing. Anyone have and suggestions?

How do I view my iPhone Health/Fitness info on my ipad. I downloaded the fitness app on my ipad but it does not show my step info etc. Can I display the Health info from my iphone on my Ipad? I downloaded the Health app on my Ipad but it is trying to get to signup for a subscription.
