macOS 12.6 - Search Doesn't Work

I'm attempting to identify all files in my "Downloads" folder that contain "(New)" in their file name.

So I typed it in the search box, selected "Downloads" as the folder search location, and after several minutes of being open ZERO results show.

The following screenshot shows that window in the background, with the actual folder being open (showing a number of items containing "(New)" in the file name):

All items are checked in Spotlight settings:

Nothing is blocked under Privacy:

Can anyone identify why I can't seem to get search to find anything?
