It took me a few days to get a new SIM card, however I did get a new phone and was able to get my Apple ID on it.

is there a way I can lock my old phone?

how can I delete my stuff on it if the sim is taken out?

There is A LOT of personal information on that phone.

You can contact your carrier and have them blacklist the iPhone since it was stolen. No one will be able to use that iPhone if it is blacklisted. Review this guide published by Apple 👉 If your iPhone has been lost or stolen.

If you believe that your iPhone’s Apple ID and Password have been compromised, then you can change the password to that Apple ID. Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Password & Security ➡️ Change Password.
