How do we allow others to send to to the privaterelay e-mail that was generated by Hide My Email?

The "Hide my email" feature generated a new address when I used "Sign in with Apple" with a specific app. However, it seems that only emails originating from the company that made the app are allowed to be relayed to me. Is there a way to open the whitelist to more senders? I need others to be able to send to the email as well. Specifically, I need to see my emails regarding the Celsius bankruptcy, but those are being sent by Stretto, not Celsius. Right now, it looks like Stretto is not authorized to send to the privaterelay address that Apple generated for my Celsius account, so I'm not able to see any of those emails, which are quite important.

Hello patlu5,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

When you create an email to use with a specific app or website, it is only used with that app or website.

You can create one that you can share with people and other apps using these steps:

"Create a new address with Hide My Email

You need to have two-factor authentication set up in order to create an address with Hide My Email.

  1. On iCloud.com, go to Account Settings, then tap Manage in the Hide My Email section.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you have active addresses, tap the Add button next to “[number] active email address(es).”
    • If you don’t have any active addresses, tap “Set up a new email address.”

Hide My Email generates a unique, random email address.

3.Add a label for the address. Your addresses are listed alphabetically by label.

4.You can also do either of the following:

    • Tap “Use a different email address” to change the address.
    • Add a note to help you remember how you use the address.

5.Tap “Create email address.”"

More details can be found here: Create and edit Hide My Email addresses on iCloud.com

Hopefully this helps.

Cheers!
