My iPhone has been majorly hacked

My phone has been majorly hacked. I know this will sound crazy, but my phone somehow is being controlled by someone somewhere I can only make certain calls and most of them are set to where they will end up going to a voicemail if I start looking at something that they don’t want me to see they will cut my Internet off or they will say sorry this program is the longer available stuff like that. How do I get the side of my phone and is there anyway to tell where it’s coming from..

Freaking Out Over a Hacked Phone?:

What to do...

Restore your iPhone or Reset it:

If you are so concerned, then restore from a backup or reset your iPhone to factory settings. Important: Back Up First: Be sure create a back up your iPhone prior to performing an update, that way you have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards.

A. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.

or...

B. Resetting to Factory Settings:

Seems more like an iPhone hardware or carrier issue or maybe a cellular network issue. Restart the iPhone, and try again. Once in a while, the iPhone can get confused. Check for carrier updates, and apply any available. Update iOS to the most recent version, iOS 12.5.6, iOS 15.7, or iOS 16.0.3, depending on which iPhone this is, too. Then contact your carrier and inquire about this misbehavior, and then contact Apple Support.
