Is it normal to have a "VPN and Device Management" setting in my iPhone, even though my device isn't managed and I don't use a VPN?

Just wondering if it's a standard setting.

Perfectly normal. It’s there for if you want to set up a VPN (views differ as to whether that’s a good idea), or if you need to sign into an organisation’s VPN - like a school or employer.
